Scaffolding was required at The Old Dairy to enable essential maintenance works. The project involved removing all of the old render, installing new render boards, and re-rendering the building—a fairly substantial undertaking. The property remained occupied by students throughout the works, so careful planning and access arrangements were key to minimising disruption.
