Pearl Assurance House otherwise known as Central Point is a building that has stood in Plymouth City Centre since the 1950’s.
Today we are lucky to have been chosen to scaffold the building in order to provide access to allow cleaning and essential maintenance to take place. To achieve this, we needed to prop the concrete canopy, then build a scaffold above.
The scaffold is fully boarded and netted. This was a particularly challenging job as there are many factors to consider such as the public, buses and the distance away from the lorry.
The scaffold was completed with no issues and in a timely manner.
