Re-roofing and façade maintenance works were required on the sports hall, which meant scaffolding had to be erected to all elevations of the building. The scaffold was fully boarded, providing safe and reliable access to every area.
As this was a live building with students coming and going throughout the day, extra care was taken to minimise disruption to classes and daily activity. Due to restrictions on tying into the structure, a buttress system was installed to ensure the scaffold remained secure.
The university provided very positive feedback on the professionalism and performance of our team during the project.
