The team are making great progress on the temporary roof at Mount Edgcumbe.
Today was a key milestone as the beams were lifted into position using a crane. By using the crane, we saved around three days of manual handling time, avoiding the need to carry all the materials into place by hand.
Once the beams were in, we lifted all the remaining materials onto the scaffold, allowing the scaffolders to continue the build efficiently without having to return to ground level.
