An emergency scaffold was required to this corner of the building after one of the concrete cladding panels became loose.
We quickly erected a scaffold to safely pin the panels in place while a long-term solution was developed to secure the aging façade.
Once the solution was agreed, a full scaffold was then erected around the entire building so that every panel could be inspected and addressed.
What started as an emergency response turned into a long-term project — completed successfully before the scaffold was finally removed.
